INGREDIENTS
1 cup of spinach
1/2 avocado
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 cup of coconut water
1 teaspoon of spirulina powder (optional)
A squeeze of lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Start by adding the spinach and coconut water to your blender. Blend until smooth.
2. Add the avocado, banana, pineapple chunks, chia seeds, and spirulina (if using). Blend again until you achieve a creamy consistency.
